It's not easy being new, but we want to make your first visit to our congregation as comfortable as possible. Here's a list of Frequently Asked Questions that past visitors have found helpful. We hope you visit us and make Holy Redeemer your church home. 

We have worship on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. in person and on Facebook live stream. Directly following worship we have fellowship with coffee and treats.. The best way to get to know us and get a feel for what we are like is to join us on a Sunday morning. 

There is no expected attire or appropriate way to dress for worship. Wear whatever you are comfortable in.. Greeters are located at the front door and are always ready to help in any way you need. Once you are in the church, ushers will be located at the Sanctuary doors. They will hand you a bulletin and assit you in finding a seat in the Sanctuary. 

Once you are settled into your seat, relax and enjoy the service. The worship service is easy to follow along and consists of prayer, singing and Scripture. 

Please fill out the worship registration form found in the bulletin. Include any prayers you'd like the pastor to pray about during the week. You can place your form in the offering plate. This helps us know who you are and better follow up with you. 

After your visit, join us in the Fellowship Hall for coffee and treats to get more acquainted with our members and pastor. We'd love to meet you and would love for you to meet us. 

Holy Communion and Baptism are the two Sacraments we practice at Holy Redeemer. Throughout the year, we do adult and infant Baptims. Contact our office to set up a time to meet with the pastor to have either yourself or your loved one baptized. 

Holy Communion is offered every Sunday. At Holy Redeemer, we practice Open Communion, which means all are welcome to particpate. We make our own bread and wine, which is a treat to experience. Grape juice is available in the center of the communion tray and gluten-free wafers are available upon request. 

Children are welcome and we encourage you to have them worship with us on Sunday. If you are interested, we do have a nursery available. An usher or greeter can point you to where the nursery is located. 

First Communion instruction is available for any child wanting to receive Holy Communion. Set up a time with the pastor to receive instruction.

If you have attended worship and enjoyed your experience, you may want to consider becoming a member of Holy Redeemer. Membership is for those who desire to serve alongside us at Holy Redeemer to participate in the work that God is doing in our world. Becoming a member entails: worshiping, serving, and growing with us.
